1. If you cancel the order after booking it, the money paid in advance will not be refunded.

2. At the time of dispatch, the tracking Number & link are automatically sent to your email address.

3. After booking the order your assignment will be dispatched within 8 to 10 working days.

4. If you provide the wrong address and you do not receive the assignment on time, it will not be our fault.

5. You will have to pay the rest amount when the assignment reaches your address.

6. Please let us know if you have any issues with the assignment within 2 days after delivery. After 2 days,We are not responsible for any issues.

7. If you are unable to take the assignment at the first time of delivery (due to any reason). And you want the assignment again, then you have to pay the full amount, and then we will proceed with your order again as a prepaid order.

8. Please make online payment to the delivery boy, & must take a photo of the parcel & the Assignments.

9. For order status, any order issues & any other Problems. Please contact our relevant team for this number - 8307336563. Pls tell Invoice number to team member.

1. यदि आप बुकिंग के बाद ऑर्डर रद्द करते हैं, तो अग्रिम भुगतान की गई राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।

2. शिपमेंट के समय, ट्रैकिंग नंबर और लिंक स्वचालित रूप से आपके ईमेल पते पर भेज दिए जाएँगे।

3. ऑर्डर बुक करने के बाद, आपका असाइनमेंट 8 से 10 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर भेज दिया जाएगा।

4. यदि आप गलत पता देते हैं और आपको समय पर असाइनमेंट नहीं मिलता है, तो इसमें हमारी कोई गलती नहीं होगी।

5. असाइनमेंट आपके पते पर पहुँचने पर आपको शेष राशि का भुगतान करना होगा।

6. यदि आपको डिलीवरी के बाद 2 दिनों के भीतर असाइनमेंट से संबंधित कोई समस्या है, तो कृपया हमें सूचित करें। 2 दिनों के बाद, हम किसी भी समस्या के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।

7. यदि आप डिलीवरी के समय (किसी भी कारण से) असाइनमेंट नहीं ले पाते हैं और आपको असाइनमेंट दोबारा चाहिए, तो आपको पूरी राशि का भुगतान करना होगा, और फिर हम आपके ऑर्डर को प्रीपेड ऑर्डर के रूप में आगे बढ़ाएँगे।

8. कृपया डिलीवरी बॉय को ऑनलाइन भुगतान करें और पार्सल व असाइनमेंट की एक तस्वीर अवश्य लें।

9. ऑर्डर की स्थिति, ऑर्डर से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या या अन्य किसी भी समस्या के लिए, कृपया हमारी संबंधित टीम से इस नंबर पर संपर्क करें - 8307336563। कृपया टीम के सदस्य को इनवॉइस नंबर बताएँ।

10. हम केवल सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक व्हाट्सएप चैट पर उपलब्ध हैं और बुधवार को छुट्टी रहती है।
