Dear Learner
We have compiled the assignments received through Google Form in the last 2 years. After removing the assignments which are already updated in the grade card, we found that certain Assignments are still not updated in the grade card, and they are in the process of evaluation. We have shared the list of such assignments with name: RCDN Google Form Assignment List dated 21 Dec 2022 (you can view list at the following link -
You are advised to check your name and details in the list and ensure that your details are mentioned correctly in the list. In the following case you are required to fill this Google Form to communicate your matter:

1. If there is any mistake or error in the list in Course Code, Programme Code, Enrollment number etc,
2. If you have submitted assignments by hard copy also. We will remove it from the list.
3. If there is any Assignment in the list which is already updated in the Grade Card. We will remove it from the list.
4. If there is any Assignment which was submitted by you through Google Forms, but it is not included in the list (of 21 Dec 2022), give details of such assignment through this Google Form, and upload PDF copy of that Assignment at the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/yrTfok9WD1289N8E8
(Uploading of PDF on the given link will be allowed only till 31 Dec 2022. Uploading of assignments is allowed only for old sessions for which you submitted assignments by Google Form in past. You are not allowed to submit Assignment of TEE Dec 2022 by Soft Copy. Assignments of TEE Dec 2022 are being submitted in hard copy only at the study centre).
5. If you have any other problem not covered by the above.
If there is no discrepancy or problem (i.e., if details of submitted assignments is correct in the list), there is no need to fill this Google Form.

1. पाठ्यक्रम कोड, प्रोग्राम कोड, नामांकन संख्या आदि में सूची में कोई त्रुटि या त्रुटि होने पर,

3. यदि सूची में कोई असाइनमेंट है जो ग्रेड कार्ड में पहले से अपडेट है। हम इसे सूची से हटा देंगे।
4. यदि कोई ऐसा असाइनमेंट है जो आपके द्वारा Google फॉर्म के माध्यम से जमा किया गया था, लेकिन यह सूची में शामिल नहीं है (21 दिसंबर 2022 का), तो इस Google फॉर्म के माध्यम से ऐसे असाइनमेंट का विवरण दें, और उस असाइनमेंट की पीडीएफ कॉपी निम्नलिखित Google फॉर्म पर अपलोड करें : https://forms.gle/yrTfok9WD1289N8E8
(दिए गए लिंक पर पीडीएफ अपलोड करने की अनुमति केवल 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक दी जाएगी। असाइनमेंट अपलोड करने की अनुमति केवल उन पुराने सत्रों के लिए है जिनके लिए आपने पूर्व में Google फॉर्म द्वारा असाइनमेंट जमा किया था। आपको सॉफ्ट द्वारा टीईई दिसंबर 2022 का असाइनमेंट जमा करने की अनुमति नहीं है। टीईई दिसंबर 2022 के असाइनमेंट केवल अध्ययन केंद्र पर हार्ड कॉपी में जमा किए जा रहे हैं)।
5. यदि आपको कोई अन्य समस्या है जो उपरोक्त में शामिल नहीं है।
यदि कोई विसंगति या समस्या नहीं है (अर्थात, यदि सबमिट किए गए असाइनमेंट का विवरण सूची में ठीक है), तो इस Google फॉर्म को भरने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है ।
